About Baily Biederman

After all these years, I can still remember feeling SO overwhelmed and frustrated, trying to learn Adobe design programs on my own.

Almost 2 decades ago, I would sit there at my computer—blankly staring at a Photoshop screen, thumbing through my Photoshop training manual, and feeling more lost and confused than ever.

I wished I had an experienced professional mentor, who could show me what I really needed to know (and skip all the unnecessary nonsense).

After lots of trial and error, I did somehow find my way.

In fact, I’ve been the Creative Director at the successful toy company, Mitzvah Kinder for the past 19 years. And I’ve taught high school graphic design for the past 10 years. I even took my classroom lessons and packaged them into both an internet-free (home), and online course, with over 1000 graduates to date.

So today, I can be that experienced, professional mentor for you.

Given my passion for teaching, I love helping my fellow creative girls learn Adobe design programs in an easy, clear, (and hopefully entertaining!) way.

And the good news is, graphic design tools aren’t that hard to master, once you have a simple plan to follow, and learn it in an orderly fashion.

So choose the package that’s right for you. You’ll learn the tools you need to design for fun—or to earn a living, doing what you love

And this course is also ideal if you’re looking for a kosher course, and want to learn graphics with like-minded individuals.

Perfect! If you know how to use a computer and a keyboard, you’re ready to take this course.

This course is meant for complete beginners who want comprehensive training in the top 3 graphic design programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).

Baily starts at the beginning, assuming you don’t know anything about the programs. She teaches you everything in simple, everyday language, so it’s easy for you to understand and learn.

Even if you’ve been playing around with the programs a little or have learned a bit in school, you’ll learn new tips and tricks you haven’t seen before.

After completing the course, you’ll know the programs as well as a lot of industry professionals!

Whether you join the online course or the internet-free home course, you’ll get access to the same course videos.

Here are the key differences between the online and home course.

ONLINE COURSE

You’ll need online access, and a computer with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator installed.

HOME COURSE

You won’t need internet access, and you won’t need your own computer.

An internet-free computer and iPad will be shipped to you for the 6-month course rental period. Your home package will also include all the image files, templates, and fonts, you’ll use to practice with in the course, as well as a course summary booklet and detailed homework assignments.

With both the home and online course, you’ll be granted lifetime access to our online community. In the online community, you’ll be able to get continued help and support whenever you need it! You can ask Baily any questions that come up in your learning process (and beyond!). You can also connect with other like-minded girls, cheer each other on, and show off your work.

It’s a great question, but honestly everyone’s learning and comprehension speed is different.

In general, set aside about 4-5 hours for each lesson (including the homework assignments).

And aim to complete 1-2 lessons per week. At this pace, you can complete the course in about 3 months and use the remaining 3 months of your home rental or online membership to practice your newly acquired skills.

You can go back to any of the course videos, as many times as you want during your 6-month home rental or online membership.

Plan ahead, and set a schedule for yourself, so you can have lots of fun with the course.

After completing the course, you’ll know Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator as well as a lot of industry professionals.

While the course focuses on these top 3 design programs, Baily teaches a lot of design tips and tricks. So many students find that their own style and design sensibilities start to emerge in the process.

In fact, many students are now famous graphic artists.

Like any new skill, you’ll want to practice regularly to develop a sense for good design, balance, and style. You may want to take additional courses to learn design principles.

The amazing thing is that many students feel confident in their Adobe (design program) skills at the end of this course, and you can always expand, grow, play, and refine your own unique style.

Baily’s been a graphic designer for over twenty years and she loves how she still gets to learn new things.

The course is divided into 14 comprehensive, yet easy to follow lessons. Each lesson video is about 2 hours long.

The course videos have been recorded from Baily’s real live classes, with real students. You’ll watch a recording of Baily’s screen, you’ll have access to all the same files she uses, and you can do the work with her, at your own pace.

You can watch and listen to each course as many times as you need, for the 6-month duration of the program.

Free always sounds nice at first, right? But ‘free tutorials’ aren’t always as free as they seem (even if they claim they can teach you everything in 15 minutes!)

Many free videos barely cover the basics, leaving you to fill in the gaps through time-wasting trial and error. Before you know it, you realize you spent hours piecing together a task because you weren’t taught correctly from the start.

So… what you actually need is a course that will keep you engaged and motivated from start to finish.

We start from the basics, and slowly advance to the more complicated stuff, making sure everything is crystal clear, leading you step-by-step over the finish line, with captivating projects and easy to follow exercises.

Regardless of which course you choose (home or online), you’ll be granted lifetime access to our online community.

In the community, you can ask questions, connect with Baily and other like-minded students and graduates—cheer each other on, and show off your work!

You’ll also get to share (and discover) tips, tricks, tools, and resources to benefit creative beginners.

Before, during, and after the course, Baily is available to answer all your questions! Just reach out to her by phone 866-721-7871 or Email.
