Refund Policy
- You may request a refund within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- To initiate a refund, please send an email to courses@bailybiederman.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” In the email, include your full name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Upon approval of your refund request, your access to the graphics course will be revoked immediately.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request is received. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the approval of your request.
